Returns Policy and Guarantee
Please let us know within 14 days of receipt of your goods if anything arrives damaged or if you are unhappy with your purchase. We offer a money back guarantee if notified within 14 days.

For the name plaques the guarantee applies if your goods arrive damaged or we have misspelt the name. We will not accept the return if it has been an error on your part.

Please note that unless we have made a mistake or the goods arrive damaged we are not responsible for return postage and the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.

Postage and Handling
Australia / Surface Mail: Freight is calculated on weight based on Australia Post rates plus $3 for packaging and handling.  The approximate freight charges will appear at the Checkout.

Overseas / Economy Air Mail: Overseas orders are calculated on weight using whichever type of carriage you choose in the Checkout, plus $3 for packaging and handling.
