Q. WHAT TYPE OF PAINT DO YOU USE?
A. The paints are non-toxic. All hand painted name plaques are sprayed with a clear laquer, which gives them a very tough durable finish.

Q. I AM MOVING, WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO REMOVE A NAME PLAQUE FROM THE DOOR?
A. Dental floss or fine wire pulled between the door and plaque will remove the plaque, by breaking the double-sided tape. Methylated spirits will soften the remaining adhesive, which can be rubbed off with your finger.

Q. I DO NOT LIVE IN AUSTRALIA.  DO YOU TAKE CREDIT CARD AS PAYMENT FOR PEOPLE OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?

A. No.  Unfortunately in this fraudulent climate we have made a decision not to accept credit cards for payment from people outside of Australia.  You can pay for your item via Paypal.  Please choose this option when you go through the checkout.

Q. CAN I CHOOSE THE COLOUR LETTERS TO BE PLACED ON THE NAME PLAQUE?

A. Yes you can, however, we do have some suggested colour combinations that work well.  If you require certain colours then please place your requirements in the comments section of your order when going through checkout.

Q. DO YOU HAVE A FUNDRAISING PROGRAM FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

A. Yes we do.  We can hold a fundraiser for your centre or School with Kids Name Plaques.  For more information please see the Fundraising link on our home page.

Q. WHAT IS THE FREIGHT COST FOR MY ORDER?

A. We normally send all our items through Australia Post.  We charge back to you the cost through Aust Post plus $3 for packaging and handling. You can check your shipping cost from your shopping cart or when going through checkout.  If you have any queries about it please contact us for more ifnormation.

Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

A. We will replace any name plaque that is damaged in transit.  Please contact us immediately and we will rectify the situation. We try to avoid as much as possible any damages but once it is with Australia Post we cannot ensure that it will not be damaged.
