Design of Puzzle: All care has been taken to accurately represent colour and design on this website. However, our goal of continually improving our designs may result in a slight variation. The puzzles are much better in real life. Buy one and find out for yourself.

Recommended Ages: We clearly advise on our website when a puzzle is not for children under 36mths of age.  The reason for this is due to the size of the pieces within the puzzle.  The majority of our puzzles have small pieces within them which are a choking hazard for children under 36mths of age.  Please adhere to the recommendations outlined through the website.  All children should have adult supervision while completing to ensure safety at all ages.

Replacement Pieces: Replacement pieces are available for all puzzles at $5 per piece. Call us to find out more.

Overseas Payments via Credit Card: We do not accept credit card payments from customers overseas.  It is too much of a risk in this fraudulent climate.  We do apologise to those legitimate customers.  We do offer Paypal as a payment option.  Please look at opening an account at www.paypal.com for an easy payment option.
